Hordes of media personnel have already surrounded the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles – where the 35-year-old star is expected to deliver her twins.

To add even more power to the rumour mill, Bey's sister Solange was spotted at the hospital today, which could mean she's become an aunt again.

X17Online reports that several SUVs with blacked out windows were seen leaving Beyonce and Jay Z's neighbourhood on Tuesday, and that – coupled with the rumoured Solange sighting – is leading many to think Beyonce is either in labour or has already given birth.
